KJV 4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
Thomson 4 for an inheritance incorruptible, incapable of defilement or decay, reserved in heaven for us
These are my thoughts.
Thru Christ we gain something that can not be taken away from us or wear out and that is our glory in Him.

Thomson 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who, according to his abundant mercy, hath regenerated us to a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
These are my thoughts.
When as Christians thru Christ are given a new birth and a chance to have a life for Him.
