What Scripture is this speaking of, it isn't in the OT before Daniel10, so where is it?
It seems that there are books that we do not have access to, books which are read by the very aristocracy of heaven which tell of future things. Michael knew he must go to fight with the prince of Greecia afterwards, being held back for 21 days by the prince of Persia, reminds us that these can only be angelic powers, for no mortal could withstand the archangel for even a moment.

Caretaker, if Lucifer-Satan can look over the shoulders of the allegedly "deceived", can Lucifer-Satan not also look over the shoulder of any Christian?
are you proposing that Lucifer-Satan can only look over the shoulder of "the deceived".
and BTW, who are these "deceived"? you make it sound like they are bornagain Christians who "twist and wrest the scriptures to their own destruction"?
can a bornagain Christian be destroyed?

good point, bornagain Christian sister HisGrace, that Lucifer-Satan knew the scriptures:
Luke 4:9-12 Then the Devil took him to Jerusalem, to the highest point of the Temple, and said, "If you are the Son of God, jump off! For the Scriptures say,`He orders his angels to protect and guard you. And they will hold you with their hands to keep you from striking your foot on a stone.' "
So Lucifer-Satan clearly knew the scriptures before Lucifer-Satan met the Lord Yahshua-Jesus in the wilderness of Judah temptation of 40 days. Lucifer-Satan had learned the scriptures sometime before Lucifer-Satan met Jesus in the wilderness of Judah.
So where did Lucifer-Satan learn the scriptures? Jesus said, “I beheld Satan fall as lightning from heaven.” Did Lucifer-Satan learn the scriptures on earth after Lucifer-Satan was cast down to earth (“and when the devil saw that he was cast down to earth”), or did Lucifer-Satan learn the Word of God in heaven?
Notice also that Jesus responded to Lucifer-Satan with a scripture, saying, it is also written, “Do not test the Lord your God.'" Clearly Yahshua-Jesus acted like He knew that Lucifer-Satan knew scripture during their meeting.
So did Lucifer-Satan learn the Word of God in heaven or]on earth? what do you think?

Satan has been twisting and leading into rebellion against the Word of God from the very beginning.

Being a Spirit being the Devil would have many aptitudes - one of which probably would be reading. He attempted to quote scriptures to Jesus in the wilderness.
