In the United States Constitution our founding fathers gave the American people a government of checks and balances–a government of three branches where none is all powerful. Now how many of you believe presidential executive orders are the law of the land?
Remember that word all? “All legislative power…shall be vested in a congress.” That leaves no law-making power leftover for the president. His executive orders are for the sole purpose of enforcing the constitution as prescribed in Article II Section 3 “He shall take care that the laws (made by Congress) be faithfully executed.” Again I say, the president’s role in the government is to preserve and protect the constitution and to enforce, not make, our country’s laws.
Suppose the president issued an executive order that all Americans had to worship Allah and not eat pork . Not only is there no such law passed by congress, but that executive order is a blatant violation of the first amendment, which states “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” Since this executive order is not enforcing a law, but trying to make a new one, and because this order would violate the first amendment and deprive citizens of their treasured freedom to worship as they please, the president is overstepping his constitutional bounds, and the order should be struck down.
On the other hand, suppose a president made an executive order restricting immigration from certain countries. Article IV Section 4 states that the executive branch shall: “Protect each of them [the states] from invasion.” In addition, Congress has passed a statutory law stating:
“Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may. . .impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”
Militant Islamism can be considered as a classification of threat to a free people and the interests of the United States .
This order to restrict immigration is therefore perfectly legal. Some may disagree with it, but it is still very much in line with the president’s first and foremost duty, to protect the American people by enforcing the constitution and the laws of congress.
Finally, how many of you still believe that Supreme Court decisions are the law of the land? Again I remind you, the first sentence of the constitution vests ALL legislative powers in a congress. That leaves nothing left for the Supreme court.
The Supreme Court’s function is to discover and apply the constitution and the laws of congress to the cases brought before them, and to strike down laws that violate the constitution. They are not to judge based on their personal bias. They are to judge based on the Constitution. Moreover, they have no jurisdiction unless a case is appealed to them. Even then, their opinions apply only to the case on which they have ruled–not to the entire country. Their opinions are not law!
It was highly illegal for them to force improper civil unions as marriage against DOMA!
It was highly improper for 2 gay judges not to recluse themselves from even voting.
Consider this, in 1857, Chief Justice Roger Taney ruled in Dredd Scott v. Sanford that African Americans had no rights which white men were bound to respect. In 1927, Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes ruled in Buck v. Bell that mentally disabled women could be sterilized “for the protection and health of the State.”
Dredd Scott and Buck v. Bell have never been overturned. If Supreme court decisions carry the force of law, then why do African Americans have rights, and why aren’t we forcibly sterilizing every intellectually disabled woman? The answer is this: the Supreme Court does not make laws. Their decisions do not need to be overturned. They are just opinions. They are not law, and can be ignored as we have been rightly ignoring Dredd Scott and Buck v. Bell for decades.
Roe v. Wade, the supreme court decision that “legalized” abortion, is not law. Obergefell v. Hodge, the supreme court decision that “legalized” same-sex marriage in all 50 states is not law. These are simply opinions. Congress, and Congress alone makes the laws of our land–not the president, and not the Supreme Court.
When we know how our government is supposed to work, we should be appalled by what we see today. Whenever the courts make decisions not based on the constitution and the law, but instead based on their personal bias, they are neglecting their duties. And when they declare rulings on things over which the constitution is silent, or declare rulings that have no constitutional foundation, they are overstepping their bounds.
When the president makes executive orders not to enforce the law, but to make new laws, he is overstepping his constitutional bounds. When he refuses to enforce laws that Congress has made, he is neglecting his duties.
When Congress neglects to exercise their constitutional power of impeachment against those who break the law, or when they won’t compromise across party lines in order to pass good legislation, they are neglecting their duties.
The president doesn’t make laws, he can only enforce them. The Supreme court doesn’t make laws, it can only discover and apply them. Only Congress makes laws. Executive orders are to enforce the laws; Supreme Court decisions are opinions about the laws; but Congress, and Congress alone holds the law-making authority in the United States of America.

Did protesters damage the family home of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the tune of $11,000? No, that's not true: the story was made up by a liberal satire website which aims to get conservatives and Trump supporters so angry they don't realize they are sharing fake news, even though the site is plastered full of disclaimers. Nothing about the story is real.
The story went viral via an article published on October 1, 2018 by a website pretending to be ABC News (using the domain abcnews.live instead of abcnews.com) titled "Protesters Vandalize Kavanaugh's House, $11,000 Damage. - ABC NEWS" (archived here) which opened:
The family home of Judge Brett Kavanaugh was a scene right out of a frat party gone wrong yesterday, as over 200 left-wing protesters, many wearing masks, shouted profane slogans, waved signs, and threw calendars, bricks, and bottles at the property. Kavanaugh himself was not in the residence, as he is currently in Washington for a symposium on anger management. His wife and children vacated the premisis and are currently housed in an unknown location for their own safety.
The Judge's home, located at 1512 Whiteman Street in Mayo Lake, PA, was deluged early in the morning, at the 9:00 hour, as the protesters arrived by van and poured out onto the sidewalk and lawn areas. Neighbors and witnesses reported screaming and loud "jungle drum-like" noises and local police were notified. Officers were shown protest permits, most signed by Diane Fienstien and Kamala Harris, and chose to remain at the scene in a public-safety capacity. No charges were filed, and the authorities left the area by noon. It was then that the crowd became riotous, and caused upwards of $11,000 worth of damage.

Debra Katz, Ford’s attorney is the vice chair of the Project on Government Oversight — a group funded in large part by George Soros and his Open Society Foundation.
She is a longtime Democratic activist and donor. Katz has, in the past, defended men accused of sexual assault by multiple women, including former President Bill Clinton and disgraced former U.S. Senator Al Franken (D-MN).
She also has ties to George Soros, according to the Washington Times, through her involvement with the Project on Government Oversight (POGO), an organization that has been directly funded by Soros’s Open Society Foundation.
POGO co-signed a letter to Sens. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and Chuck Grassley (R-IA) with a variety of leftist groups demanding Kavanaugh records, according to FrontPageMag.
She is a part of the “resist” movement, the anti-President Donald Trump group.
Ford’s other brother Thomas Blasey, works at Exelis Inc. with Jill Strzok, Peter Strzok’s Mother.
One of Ford’s attorneys Michael Bromwich is the former federal prosecutor that led FBI Deputy McCabe. McCane’s GoFundMe page was set up by a Washington, D.C. lobbying firm connected to President Barack Obama, and raised over $150,000.
The Bromwich Group is a K Street consulting and PR firm headed by Michael R. Bromwich. Immediately prior to founding the firm, Bromwich served as the first director of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management under President Barack Obama.

I have listened to these "women" who confronted Jeff Flake in the elevator. The history behind these women: The woman who yelled at Republican Sen. Jeff Flake of Arizona while he was in the confines of an elevator Friday has also been vocal since then, revealing her name to be Ana Maria Archila.
She and another woman in the elevator, Maria Gallagher, have been dubbed “heroes” by many on the left. But Archila is an experienced activist with ties to George Soros. She is co-executive director of the left-wing Center for Popular Democracy, a New York-based organizing group that gets much of its money from the liberal billionaire.
“George Soros is one of the largest funders to the CPD,” The Washington Free Beacon reported in 2017. “Soros provided the CPD with $130,000 from the Foundation to Promote Open Society in 2014 and $1,164,500 in 2015. Soros provided an additional $705,000 from the Open Society Policy Center in 2016.”
When is he going to quit being a whimp? I know he is leaving the senate, and that is probably for the best. The Bible in James 1:8 says "A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways." You,Mr Flake, have appeared to be double-minded for a very long time.
The cowardly way that he timidly said "yes" to get this out of committee shows it. Mr Flake should NEVER have allowed these women to shout out of control. He should have moved right through them and tell them they were rude and that there is no corroboration from witnesses or friends by Ford. WHERE is the presumption of innocence?
I hope, you realize how unstable you Democrats really are. Where is your integrity? You need to vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh. This man is being attacked unfairly and you should be able to see this plainly.

OUR OBSERVATION-Ford and Kavanaugh:
1) Ms. Ford stated she did not come forward for political reasons and has not been paid to come forward. Fact check: There are 3 known GoFundMe accounts in her name totalling nearly $1,000,000 dollars. She does not plan to return the money, nor has she told people not to send money.
2) She testified that she and her husband went to a therapist in 2012 while remodeling their home. They were arguing over installing a 2nd front door which she stated under oath, that she wanted as an escape route. Fact check: A check of Palo Alto building permit records show the 2nd door was installed in 2008. The record states the 2nd door was added as a separate entrance for a rental unit being developed in the home.
3) She doesn't know or remember how she got to the party. No one has come forward to take credit for taking her to the party.
4) She doesn't know or remember how she got home which was 8 miles away. No one has come forward to take credit for taking her home.
5) She doesn't know or remember when the party was.
6) She doesn't know or remember where the party was.
7) She said she does remember it was Kavanaugh.
😎 She was sketchy on how many people were at the party.
9) She was 15 years old, at a party without adult supervision and without her parents knowledge, drinking illegally.
10) She said she was so upset that she was almost raped that she fled the party, leaving her best friend behind with these almost rapists.
11) She said she heard people talking about her at the party after the incident. She doesn't know or remember what they were saying. Questions: How did she hear them talking about her if she fled the house? How does she know they were talking about her if she doesn't know or remember what they were saying?
12) All of the witnesses that she named have provided statements saying it never happened, and also vouched for the good character of Kavenaugh.
13) Ford said she called her friends on her cell phone when she got home to tell them what had happened. She stated the party was in 1982. Fact check: The first cell phone was not available for sale until 1984.
14) Feinstein was deceptive and violated the rules of the judiciary committee by keeping the letter secret from the chairman and other committee members for 60 days. She never questioned Kavanaugh about it when she met with him before the confirmation hearings.
15) Someone leaked the letter to the press. The only people who had the letter were Ford, her lawyer, Feinstein, and the Democratic Senator from her state. Feinstein became very flustered and could not be sure if her office leaked the letter. Her reaction to the question seemed very suspicious. She turned to ask her staff member who was present, if her office had given the letter to the press.
16) Ford was never told by Feinstein or her lawyer that the Senators on the judiciary commitee would come to her for her statement or that it could have been done in private. Ford, her lawyer, and Feinstein decided her statement should be given publicly.
17) Ford stated the reason she did not want to come and provide a statement earlier was because she has a fear of flying. However, she has taken many trips where she traveled by air to Hawaii, Tahiti, etc. She also flew to Delaware where she had been hiding out since the letter was leaked. Why did she not just drive from Delaware to meet with the commitee? She doesn't know who paid for the airline ticket to Delaware.
18) Even though she said she wanted to remain anonymous, she hired a lawyer and took a polygraph test the first week of August, less than two weeks after sending the letter. The polygraph test consisted of two questions. She doesn't know who ordered or paid for the polygraph.
19) She deleted her Facebook and Twitter social media accounts before sending the letter.
20) Her attorney claims to be handling the Ford case pro bono but was hired by Feinstein.
21) Kavanaugh was very passionate in his denial, as anyone would be under a false accusation that is destroying his reputation, his family and children, and his career.
22) He likes beer and drank in high school at the legal age of 18.
23) He graduated top in his class, played basketball and football.
24) He recorded his scheduled activities in a caledar. His father preserved these calendars along with other school memorabilia such as trophies, essays, etc. in their attic.
25) The Republicans questioning Ford were respectful.
26)The Democrats were not respectful of Kavanaugh and didn't really ask any questions other than to try to get him to ask for an FBI investigation.
Summary and observations:
After reviewing the testemony provided by both, I have personally come to the following conclusions based on evidence and observations:
1) I think both statements were presented in a believable manner, but the burden of proof is on the accuser, and that didn't happen.
2) I have a problem with Ms. Ford's credibility due to the contradiction of having 3 GoGundMe accounts with no plans to return the money. I had a problem with her statement that she was so distressed that she needed an extra door installed during a 2012 renovation on her home when it was actually installed in 2008 for a rental unit being prepared. I have a problem believing her statement that she has a fear of flying when in fact she had flown many, many times. I felt suspicious that something incriminating was in her social media leading her to delete her Facebook and Twitter accounts.
3) She admitted to being deceitful to her parents who did not know she was at a party without adult supervision.
4) Her behavior leading up to the hearing appears to be staged and calculated. She appears to have been coached.
5) Kavenaugh had his parents, his wife, and many friends at the hearing in support of him.
6)There was not a single family member or friend at the hearings in support of Ford. Where was her husband or the beach friends she claims gave her advice and encouraged her to come forward. The friends whom she has named as witnesses claim the incident never happened.
7) Kavanaugh has been vetted by the FBI six different times and not one thing has ever come up. Ford has only been asked two questions on a non admissible polygraph.
8 I believe something happened to Ford, but I don't believe Kavanaugh did it.
9) I believe that Kavanaugh's display of righteous anger is a justified response to this serious accusation.
10) I believe Feinstein and the Democrats are using mentally weak Ford as a political pawn.
11) The Democrats have stated they will go to any length to not lose this seat on the Supreme Court because this confirmation will change the Supreme Court for the next generation. This tells me that Democrats are even willing to assassinate the good character of an innocent person and destroy a family for political reasons in order to accomplish their goal.
12) Democrats have stated they are going to keep trying to delay the confirmation until after the midterms.
Based on these facts and observations, I feel certain Judge Kavenaugh is innocent of this accusation. If I were on the judiciary commitee, I would vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh, not for political reasons, but because he most qualified.

As an Engineer I keyed off this statement that Ms Ford said, "While locked in a bathroom traumatized that she claims that the 2 boys were "PING PONGING OFF THE WALLS" while going down the stairs? Really? Then why didnt they fall down the stairs? Also I noticed that while she was saying this statement that her voice got shaky and tight. As would mine making statements that don't make scientific sense. .
AS an engineer I find it highly unlikely that she is telling the truth and that this part,"PING PONGING OFF THE WALLS" was an attorney add in and not part of her day to day verbage.

High School yearbooks from Holton Arms preparatory school (Bethesda, Maryland, 1982-1985) purportedly show Brett Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey-Ford as a wild party girl in a wild party era, with yearbook passages by classmates bragging of spending the night with adult men during “Beach Week” and enjoying male strippers in G-strings for “Sweet 16” birthday parties.
Let the **** shaming allegations begin. As Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s rape accuser today pulls back from an invited offer for Senate testimony, (saying through her attorney that a Friday deadline set by Republicans is quote, “arbitrary,”) the inevitable levy break of background information allegedly reveals Christine Blasey-Ford as a prolific high school party girl who is alleged to have bragged to a friend of having 54 sexual partners prior to college. If true, the emergence of five high school yearbooks from exclusive college preparatory school, Holton Arms (Bethesda, Maryland) destroys Blasey-Ford’s self portrayal as an innocent coed “church mouse” taken advantage of by an aggressive sexual predator.
Even summarizing the totality of what the yearbooks contain is difficult, given that it paints a picture of hedonistic, debauched teenage behavior in which Christine Blasey-Ford is alleged to have not only indulged but promoted and led as an acknowledged focal point of American Pie, or Animal House-style fraternizing with eager young men, often in (by Holton Arms classmates’ descriptions) alcohol-saturated social settings that left participants unable to recall exactly what had taken place.
