It is a good line, especially since Smallwood's organization and others like it are the bullies who try their best to circumvent that informed democracy. In fact, when the people are indeed informed, they rise up against PP and others who then turn to using the court system to bully and intimidate. And they are quite successful in intimidating through misinformation leading to fear of judicial action and administrative repercussions.

Parents were not permitted to attend the conference, which was limited to children in the fifth through ninth grades, ages 10-14.
